"Didn’t know there was construction going Tim at the property prior to booking. Over crowed spaces due to this. Also the commode in our room had someone’s long pubic hair on the back of the toilet seat when the lid closed "

"the hotel was nice!! our kids had a ball. There were 11 of us and didn't run out of stuff to do. The pizza is sub par so we decided to just go out to eat. We saw several employees sneaking out behind the building at the outdoor pool smoking but not sure if it's allowed. The pull out couch mattress is horrible. The toilets in the rooms we stayed in are very low to the ground and the mattresses are high. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable. The staff talked very fast when we checked in and was unable to understand clear instructions."

This information was not included on the description or pricing. I’ve gone to Gatlinburg for 40+ years and this is the first time I’ve been charged for parking at an establishment I was staying at.
