"Outdoor pool was a tad cold for my liking(time of year which is understandable) but my kids and grandbaby enjoyed every minute of our time there. Indoor pool was great and obviously crowed. Room was clean and roomy. Air worked great! Loved the view! My only 2 complaints would be: 1. The bathroom had no lock on it. It is embarrassing to walk in on each other. 2. We were told we could stay to enjoy the pools and amenities after checking out. Outdoor pool was a little too cold and we decided to go to the indoor pool about mid-day and we wanted to play air hockey but our braclets no longer worked to enter the door to the pool. That was a little disappointing. I guess we could have walked all the way around to the lobby to get in but decided to go ahead and leave. Still overall we had a great time. "

"Clean room but many more guests than it was stated should have been in pools and especially hot tub. At one point there were more than twice the limit in the hot tub area. There were so many people and so little parking that it made the trip very stressful and not as enjoyable as we had been anticipating. "

"Very outdated. The fitness center is awful. The property is in rough condition. Night audit staff was not friendly at all, even for simple requests. Housekeeping ran out of towels, promised them in 20 minutes and the next day it took asking 4 people to get towels so we could shower. Would not return; do not recommend. "

"We had a great stay at Margaritaville Island Hotel! The village view was nice, though I’m sure the fountain view is even better. Our room was spacious, clean, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Valet was super convenient ($25/day), and we loved that the hotel provided coupons for nearby attractions. There was so much to do in the village that we only used our car one day. The staff was pleasant and very family-friendly, but the highlight was the cleaning crew. They thoughtfully placed my son’s stuffed dog on the bed, taking such great care of it. That small gesture meant a lot. Already planning our next trip back!"

"This resort was very clean and smelled cleaner!! The front desk was very friendly and great customer service! FYI please keep in mind that you will have to buy tickets to do the indoor water park. Which I thought was included 😬 other than that we loved everything about it. One request add another bonfire by the 7000 building!"

"I chose this stay because of the indoor pool and breakfast, and we were quite pleased with both of those. I really liked that there were multiple pools, though we didn’t use the outdoor ones because of the temperature. The indoor pool also has a hot tub, but the rail to get in needs to be repaired or replaced. There is a nice breakfast place with plenty of variety, but it’s at the back of the property through a tunnel in the main building which may be confusing if you’re not staying in the Tower. Our tower room left much to be desired. It was not nearly as nice as the rooms appear in the photos. Despite having bright white lights in the rooms, it somehow seemed dark and dingy. The tower hallway was the same way. There was nothing wrong with the room per se, but the dark appearance made it unsettling. The only thing “wrong” that I noticed was the spout for our tub stuck did not line up with the wall. Still though, the dark and dingy appearance was enough to make me not want to return. Overall, I’d say the indoor pool was the best part of our experience. "
