"Room was not cleaned throughout stay. changing of towels was very poor. Electric switches were not working and lighting was bordering on dangerous. Had to turn fridge off because of noise. Food often cold and not topped up regularly. Floor was often a mess where children were allowed to "help themselves" Non service animals were allowed in the eating area"

"This hotel is very new, clean & contemporary. The lobby area was large with plenty of seating. There is a small area with snacks and a self-checkout, but it did not list several of the items available, so it was necessary to get assistance from the front desk to make a purchase. We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dollywood. When we arrived, we learned that they sold tickets to Dollywood with a small discount versus the website, so that was nice. "The employees were very nice at the desk. The rooms were clean and they came with fresh towels and took the dirty ones and made the bed took the trash out. Very nice to come back to a clean room. Breakfast was good every morning the staff that took care of Breakfast was very nice. The pools are great each pool has a hot tub and a toddler pool. The inside pool is 24 hours. The do have a bounce spot for kids to jump on. I do recommend this hotel."
