"Everything waa GREAT- hospitality, in-house restuarant, we went over Valentine Weekend and they had a heated outdoor pool party- the kids loved it & they also loved the inside pool as well..... the rooms were clean and brand new(hopefully they stay maintained) but we are def making this our #1 go to for our Pigeon Forge Vacays! ❤️❤️❤️"

"Clean room, amazing knowledgeable staff. Nice heated pool. Even when crowded we still have an amazing experience as there is plenty of room. I’ve stayed here over a dozen times or more and will continue. Jet tub is a nice add on. Great location. Just wish they offered something for repeat customers. Great price overall every time. "

"This was our first time staying here, we enjoyed it so much to only have stayed one night! Everyone was so kind from check in to check out. Valet was amazing, we were so impressed with the goodie bag at check in, the view at the rooftop hot tub is like no other. Traffic can really make or break getting somewhere in PF - so we loved being right in the Island where it has a little of everything to avoid driving so much! We are so glad we stayed, we still had so much we didn’t get to do within the hotel - so we cannot wait to come back! (margaritaville management if you’re seeing this pleaseeeee send us some king size pillows like the ones in the hotel rooms - I haven’t shut up about them. I’d never ask for anything again truly. SO comfy) "
