"Everything about the place was great I would definitely stay there again. I'm already planning my next trip the only drawback is the valet parking there's additional charge with the amount I pay for the room you would think that was covered my stay was definitely worth the cost but having to pay an additional amount for valet kind of wasn't what I was expecting"

"This kids and I were on our way back home from our road trip and were stopping in Santa Cruz for the night. The arrival and check in was fast and easy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel was in a great location and a short walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. It was perfect for my kids and I short stay. "Love the old California style. We had a very enjoyable stay, The hotel is positioned nicely near the beach and boardwalk, the property is well cared for and managed. The only down side was the extraordinarily high price (twice that of a more fancy hotel) for accomodations during the summer season."

"This place is filthy! Our room, which cost $424 for one night through Experian, was filthy. I've stayed in Super 8 hotels that were nicer and cleaner. The bathroom was filthy, there was what appeared to be blood splattered on the bathroom wall and tub, we cleaned up a spill of water on the main room floor and the cloth was brown, there was something on the wall above the bed, the bathroom faucet didn't work properly so you had trouble turning water on or off, the bedside table was filthy and...
