"Parking situation sucked, one of the front desk workers try to questioned me if I was staying after I been there a night trying to get my card fixed to go into the room acting like I didn’t have reservations. After checking in a few hours later proceeded to call me to tell me they have to charge me for parking because I went threw a third party when they had no security and the fact if it wasn’t for a third party system I wouldn’t even know who they were. "The place was very dirty. The walls, the lobby, the courtyard, the elevator and especially my room. The floors were filthy. The bathroom was very old and not very clean. The towels were questionable. I didn’t shower or bath there, nor did I attend their happy hour or free breakfast. If it weren’t such a quick 24 hour trip, I would have left and gone somewhere else. I can’t believe that this place is located in Cupertino, across the street from Apples headquarters."

"When my wife and I see a music event at the Mountain Winery we stay at Saratoga Oaks Lodge. It is only approximately 10-15 minutes to drive to the Mountain Winery from the hotel. We have stayed several times. We have always had an excellent experience. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast is nice and there are places to sit outside if desired to have breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Regards. AH"
