"Parking was a pain it was inclined the on-staff employees were not 24-hour as it had said online I went down around midnights to get fresh towels and the employee ran down with his pants half open presumably he got dressed to come down to tell me that they weren't open but that was not a site anyone needed to see or wanted to see. and he told me they weren't open 24 hour on that so I didn't get any fresh towels in that moment.
