"The property is close to home for an overnight getaway. I asked for a quiet room upstairs at the back of the hotel.
I Got #312 & heard the elevator loudly buzzing & going up & down the entire stay.
Amenities state "Heated Pool & Hot Tub" Pool is unused-Not Heated! Hot Tub is Empty! 90% of the reason I chose this hotel was for the pool & Hot Tub!!
2 drinks allowed per stay during Happy hour! Only had red wine & a choice from 4 beers??
As an option I had to ask for a can of soda & the only...

"Pluses: Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. Absolutely best hot water I’ve ever had in the room sink and shower !!
Lacking or not so great: Room needs a microwave. Lobby and breakfast area layout is cramped and awkward. Very eighties design, feels dark. Lighting throughout including rooms is terrible. Really no excuse, could swap out with some warm LED, make it look totally different.
Good stay at the price, would go back."

"We arrived late in the evening after a long drive. We were greeted by a wonderful young lady I believe her name was Davina. She was so kind , accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable! The property was perfect, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and again. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked so nice and inviting we had wished we could have taken a dip!"

"Stay was great! the front staff were so nice an welcoming. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. The AC worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. The showers had big bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower which was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Great stay, would stay here again."
