Unfortunately the rooms are very dated, and the Club upgrade we paid for didn't feel very luxurious with lots of stains on the furniture, tile chips in the bathroom, a leaking bath, and felt like it hadn't been updated in about 30 years :("

"Check in area was deafening with what seemed like 2 conferences being checked in in the foyer area. Parking away from check in and needing to walk there is odd and not well described. The room stank. Of vomit in the bedroom and some other vile smell in the bathroom. The sofa bed was astonishingly uncomfortable and very loud if you moved. Breakfast was mediocre."

"We came in late with a large group and for the price didn't expect much, however, this hotel was one of the best and most convenient of our trip. Right by the airport with great transfer options. They were willing to make food for us even though we were in late, but we just ordered uber eats. The rooms were very comfy, really nice bathrooms. Clean towels and comfortable beds and linens. Absolutely one of my best budget hotel experiences and I've been all over the world! Service was great!...

"I booked this hotel for a birthday stay in Windsor and it was perfect. The location of the hotel means everything you’ll want to see is within easy walking distance. The hotel was easy to reach via car and had plenty of parking spaces; parking is charged. The staff at the hotel were also lovely. Overall if you’re considering booking this hotel for a stay in Windsor I’d give it a 5 out of 5."

"This McDonald Hotel needs a definite updating. Much of it is outdated and tired looking. The staff and service were excellent and you can’t beat the location. The breakfast buffet was good, but could benefit by rotating items and providing more fresh fruit such as berries. The restaurant is only rated average for dinner with a very traditional and boring menu. The rear exit stair/lift is convenient for getting to Windsor Central train station and it surrounding restaurants and shops, but...

"We stayed for two nights 4th and 5th June as we were attending a wedding elsewhere on 5th June. The first night was fine but on the morning of the 5th the hotel advised we would have to move rooms as they had a wedding at the hotel and the bridegroom had specifically asked for the room we were staying in. We agreed to pack our stuff up and the hotel would move to the alternative room when we left for our wedding at 1.30. All through the morning we kept getting calls from reception asking when...
