"I heard a few bad reviews so I was a bit apprehensive about booking . The moment I arrived at the reception it did take a few moments for the staff to allocate a room but it wasn’t a long wait I was approached with smiles . The staff are friendly and always helpful . The room was exceptionally clean , equipped with a microwave /fridge freezer and cutlery /mugs /tea and coffee /milk and a kettle . I slept like a baby .
