"Hotel was comfortable to stay in, the service and staff are stellar, everyone was friendly and inviting. You felt good going back to the bars or restaurants around the Dynasty complex. Food was great. And to top it all off the hotels proximity to most a lot of the things that bring people to Kuta is pretty neat. We had a fantastic week and will certainly be returning in the future. "

"Lovely family hotel. Found it quiet even though it’s just off the bypass. Hotel has its own taxi service which we found easier to use than go jek etc. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. About 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of warungs and restaurants close by especially if you leave through the back entrance which is open till 9pm. Rooms clean and spacious with great air con in each bedroom and living room. Staff were great at keeping the grounds looking good and I believe spraying them...

"ハネムーンで予約したところベットをデコレーションしてくれて、ミニケーキも出してくれた。チェックイン前に荷物を預けられ、一度で顔と名前を覚えてくれた。ホテルの目の前にはビーチがあり、とても広く清潔で人気のあるビーチだった。ホテルのプールも清潔で水温も気持ちが良かった。ホテルのレストランも美味しかった。部屋がキーで開かなくなるトラブルにもすぐに対応してくれた。近くには歩いていけるレストランがたくさんあり、露店もたくさんあって買い物が楽しめた。"
