"I liked that it was a clean room and had a great view. The gym, pool and hot tub were nice. It is a fancy place. However, 2 of 3 elevators were broken and this made getting to breakfast slow. The LARGE tv in the dining room was a plus. It is a short (10 minute) ride to SFO. It's a bit expensive. I missed the free breakfast too. "

Check-in with Jonas at the front desk was seamless—he was patient, informative, and set the tone for an exceptional visit. The room was opulent and comfortable, and the gym exceeded expectations with its luxurious amenities. Breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet, and Muang went above and beyond with kindness and care for the kids. The 5 p.m. saber ceremony was a memorable highlight, and the view from any deck was simply outstanding—facilities were spotless and well maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable.I celebrated my 40th here and they had champagne and bites in the room "
