Our stay was great! Our room was clean, the staff was SO friendly and accommodating which truly made our entire stay. We appreciated that so so much. They gave us recs of things to do/where to eat and were so helpful when we needed to extend our room stay an extra night. Close to many things we did in the city and felt safe since we needed our key cards to get into the lobby! Would not mind staying here again!

This was a little different than expected but overall it was a good stay! Nice room, good tv clean sheets and shower- Just as pictured! The bar was closed downstairs and the neighbourhood is just on the cusp of the bad area but seemed to have some good night life and is in great walking distance to knob hill etc.The hotels a little outdated but the staff was extremely nice and helpful! And the hotel seemed popular. I think some rooms might be nicer than others. They don’t have safes in the room FYI but overall for the price I would recommend!
