"Loved almost everything about this resort!! The staff were top notch in our opinion and the property was gorgeous. Lots of food and drink options and the shows were fun. We loved the club at night too! Our only complaint was the fitness center. It’s way too small for an adult only resort. They should look at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana property for what a fitness facility at this level should be like. It was too small and not nearly enough equipment."

"Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...

"The experience was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was we booked the king size bed suite and when we got there we were given the double bed suite instead . We paid for the king size bed room but we got a cheaper room instead so we lost money . Also the small room didn’t have a microwave and that’s one of the main reasons we got the king room . But after 2 days the staff were able to get a microwave in the smaller room . Overall great place to stay except for that one...

"Everything was excellent, good price for good apartment, very comfortable and silent, near to main streets and activities, if you go to Xcaret this is a hotel to stay, the speed internet could be better. Also and very important, the google address is wrong, the hotel is 2 blocks away"

"Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip."
