"Sea tower is a new building very close to 5th Ave and the beach in Playa del Carmen very safe to walk around, close to nice restaurants, room works perfect for us, comfortable,clean and the AC works great. "

"This apartment-style hotel is unique, a beautifully quiet place to stay in in Playa del Carmen by the beach, some distance from the down town area, with bikes to rent. As the room qualities are beautiful and nicely equipped, a free cooked breakfast is good, easy access to the top floor pool and rest area, low numbers of guests and a very very reasonable price, with personalized service for taxis etc., this is a great stay."

"Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip."

"The FC junior swim up suite was nice, our concierge Tiara provided lots of nice little surprises for the kids and was great helping us with dinner, spa, and cenote reservations. The kids club was also great and had lots of activities throughout the day. The food was ok and the drinks were also just ok, mostly sugary mixer. Staff were friendly but it was very crowded so sometimes it felt like there werent enough staff to guests during meal times. Our room was very clean and the turn down service...

"Very unique, quiet and quaint adorable place. Very pleased with the service. Attentive. Bungalows very spacious! Very secluded in the beautiful foliage and trees. The only suggestion I would add is to clean leaves out of pool and pool deck daily at the least. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Fabulous resort - all of it!! The architecture and layout of it is great. There is nothing cheap looking or feeling about it. We stayed in building 3 on the 7th floor overlooking the whole property. Great room and view! It was a preferred suit with an ocean view. All the staff there were so helpful and polite, our room was always very clean, the whole resort was spotless, the food and drinks were great, and the pools were excellent! We went to various nightly events around the property...

"Great location, clean room, friendly (but not annoying) staff, top notch pools. Restaurants were wonderful, food at poolside pretty standard. Good selection of inclusive drinks. They are working hard to restore the beach - other hotels in the area are having the same erosion issues but there is still a nice beach area for relaxing. Family friendly but still a great getaway for couples. We’ll be back!"

The kitchen could use a few more items like larger bowls for salads, strainer, ect. We will definitely stay there again, 3 weeks was perfect amount of time. "
