"This was another great weekend. I have stayed at this hotel several times and won’t stay anywhere else! The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Had a window view of the lake front. The hotel is near shopping, theaters and entertainment. The restaurants around the hotel are excellent. This hotel employees are friendly and knowledgeable about area. "

"This hotel was definitely worth every penny. We had no issues at all. The only thing I wish could’ve been better was our room temp. It stayed 70° and we like it cooler but knowing it’s the highest floor it makes sense. I would definitely recommend and stay here again without a doubt. The bar staff and restaurant staff were amazing. No complaints whatsoever. "

"Excellent stay! I would give 10 stars! Very clean, beautiful view of the Magnificent Mile. We were on the 9th floor. Everything about the room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, shower had great water pessure. The staff ( every single one) was pleasant, acknowledging, and professional. The breakfasts were amazing- check in lobby and breakfast is on the 20th floor. Amazing views, delicious, abundant breakfast buffet - best we've ever attended. We stayed 2 nights, and we will 100%...

"The check in staff went out of their way to accommodate our combining of two separate reservations. The staff responded quickly to all our requests, and staff in general were very friendly. The room was a bit small, but this can be expected in a downtown location. "
