"Be aware they charge a city convenience fee that includes Wi-Fi. Dry cleaning and other miscellaneous things I did not need or utilize. When I ask if this could be waived, they said no that the “state” apply these chargers. I enjoyed my time in Chicago, but will be asking for hidden fees. The next time I stay in downtown Chicago."

"The hotel was perfect for our visit to Chicago! The location was great for walking most places and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that my mattress was horribly uncomfortable; it needs to be replaced."

"The front staff and door help were very nice. The indoor pool area needed some attention. The outdoor pool was nice. The restaurant food was lackluster and not flavorful, but the server was great. Housekeeping didn’t come unless I called. There needs to be more places to hang towels if no one is coming to change them daily. The location was nice. We had a nice patio and would’ve lived some chairs out there."

"Great location. The staff were friendly, as was everyone in the neighborhood as well. Room was larger than expected. Various eateries for our liking close - a pub and a breakfast place."

"Hyatt was ok. I initially booked after my flight got cancelled, and I saw they had an indoor pool. The pool was small, the water was cold and you couldn’t even use the pool unless you didn’t mind children’s swimming lessons ,according to the sign, take place every night until 8pm, which is when the pool closes. On the listing, it showed breakfast included, but it’s included if you pay for it. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable."
