First day we were they I had the room charged to a debit card and the incidentals on a different card. I asked that I would like to only charge the 150 to the card I was giving him and the room charged to the card in file. He assured me the room was on the card I added to the file but later that day I had a $412 charge added to the card I presented/ told him not to charge and deleted the card I had on file. Very inconvenient to how my money is separated and had total disregard. I wish that was all but upon arriving to the room, we did not have any hand soap, body wash, and our tv was broken. I went and asked the front desk and because it was late they said they couldn’t do anything about it and maybe the next day we could resolve it. Next day, my fiancé went to the front desk at and asked if we could have help with the tv because it wasn’t working and we tried several ways of rebooting it. The man said “so what’s your point.” I totally understand not knowing how to fix it but not trying to accommodate after the second night in a row was not ideal. Later he did somehow fix it but to have an attitude for smth you get paid to do or can do in a matter of minutes is uncalled for. I will say the best part about the stay was the bartender Terry! He gave us a great conversation and went above and beyond to explain the drink coupon and recommended some awesome drinks!
