Room was clean and well maintained, good view and comfortable. They were able to accommodate and check me in early. However, as someone who is a light sleeper, I had a loud neighbor next door :( which made it hard to fully relax. I contacted the front desk and they were able to send security up but the noise continued. Overall, it’s a very nice and comfortable hotel.

Yes. Room was clean. I enjoyed visiting with the cleaning staff. The desk staff was always helpful giving directions. The adjoining restaurant had great food. Upon entering the hotel, staff was very friendly :). The hotel is located around a couple amazing brunch places and near grant park aswell. The room was very clean and provided the usual amenities. Would definitely recommend and come back if I’m ever around chicago again :)
