"Great location, lovely front desk staff and a fun popcorn and drinks situation in the early evening. The staff knew it was my son’s 18th birthday and also that we were in town for a college visit, and they surprised us with the sweetest note with cupcakes and balloons in our room. Above and beyond! Walkable to Millenium Park and centrally located downtown. Would absolutely stay again! "

"Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!"

"Everything was absolutely amazing at this hostel after bad experiences in the past I was very suspicious. Yet everywhere I went People were respectful both Guests and staff. There was tons of information activities to do. The kitchen was big with multiple places to cook food and to sit and eat also had a very nice refrigerator and dishwasher clean station another thing I really liked was there was multiple laundry to get caught up and shower/bathroom facilities really made my stay extra...

"Something rude at 9:30am I did wake up by housekeeping!!! Needed to go in to clean up?? Bathroom had a funny smell, like a cesspool!! I did miss staying my first night due my air flight cancelation, early next morning I got to the front desk, wad told no avaliable room!!!"

"Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd."

"Nice lobby and appreciated the cold drinks. Room was ok, bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Our welcome chocolates were previously used!!! One missing and another had a bite out of it! (They did give us new chocolates) Location was great, parking expensive but it seems to be pricey everywhere."

"Great hotel, large pool - although I wish it was a bit warmer for my liking. The hot sauna though was a nice addition ( there is no hut tub in the pool area). Large gym was also great- unbelievable views of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier! "
