"We got room 320, it smelled like prior guest had been smoking in the room. I went to the front desk to let them know, so I could get a different room. Front desk clerk had housekeeping manager talk to me. She explained that they do their best to keep rooms clean ( it was clean, indeed), yet; people doesn’t follow rules and smoke in the room. "At the time of booking that room was my only option so I did thinking not a big deal since literally hotel was closer to where i needed to be over the weekend.IThe handicap room smelled weird (-almost like a hospital-rehab) . The shower yes handicapped but then the water was outside the shower floor and have to mopped and in general it was not nice , I asked to be moved twice and both times denied ."
