"The bed and pillows were absolutely awful and felt like boards. I left early after trying to take an afternoon nap and booked a room elsewhere as they were that horrible, and I could not imagine trying to sleep a full night there, The staff was largely unhelpful and didn’t offer any solutions. I expect more from a Hyatt and especially for over $400 per might."

"The Trump Hotel was located in the best center place possible in the heart of Downtown Chicago, walkable distance to literally everything, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, walk by the river and boat tours, magnificent mile, millennium park and the bean, the willis skydeck... it's also Super clean! Fresh nice smell in the hallways and the rooms. Lake view room had the entire Downtown and the lake view covered. Super amazing!!!! Amenities top notch. Very polite and friendly staff. Terrace...

"Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd."
