"The property is beautiful and the rooms were clean but the front desk experience was horrible. The gentleman that checked us in was very short when asked a question he didn’t provide any information on the WiFi or on any amenities within the property - even how to get to our tower - he said “make a left when you reach the David statue and then another left” we did that and ended up on the other side from where our tower was. We were very disappointed with that interaction"

"Newly renovated pool should be less costly to Flamingo customers. If someone is staying at the Flamingo, the cost to rent cabanas, as well as food and beverage should not be so expensive. That is why we are already paying resort fees."

"9am music was blaring at the pool, which woke everybody up! And there was no pool party that was going on that the music needed to be that loud! And I spoke to the manager about it and he was very rude. The staff at the Bell deck was extremely rude to us for no reason! I’ll never stay there again!"
