"There were issues with cleanliness regarding the carpet, couch, old scratched surfaces on the tables and even the walls in the bathroom etc. They were all dirty or stained."

"The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a leak in the shower. It was fixed within the same hour, but the maintenance man left the floor very dirty. Breakfast was OK. They only had bacon one day out of our week's stay. The coffee was amazing. The outdoor pool was very nice and clean, not congested in the mini hot tub was definitely a plus. My only issue was that there was not enough trash collection. The room trash came without trash bags. We had to request them...

"I loved my stay at the Candlewood suite it was great. The space there was just what I expected. The staff were phenomenal n very friendly. I didn’t expect to pay for parking $20 per night. I believe that’s something needed to be mentioned in the fine print when reserving your room. Other than that it was. Absolutely wonderful. Thanks"

"Transport to the strip was far. Parking i thought was free but was charged $19. Breakfast can be improved need more fruit selection. Breakfast room workers were friendly."

"If you would like to stay at a very nice hotel the Elara by Hilton is a very edequate hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They have roving security for the parking lot and hotel. It is only minutes from the known hotels and casinos. If I am able to go ack to Las Vegas in the future I will definitely be going back to the Elara Hilton Grand Vacations Resort. Saturday nights they blow fireworks from the near by casinos. 15 min walk to Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Ceasars Palace MGM...
