Great resort for families with lots of pools and kid friendly options. Clean and prompt service. Plan ahead for room service as it can take 40-70mins in peak times. Tipping staff highly recommended as we enjoyed our time and got good service. Expedia package has the VIP which was nice and our own concierge made world a difference. Julio was amazing and took care of us and made our stay 5/5. The only thing that would be nice see more kids and vegetarian food options.

Nice place besides the awful smell in the room especially when you turn on faucets. The only bar with excellent quality drinks were the upstairs lobby bar others were water down . Not sure if i would recommend to friend.
