"Amazing pools and lazy rivers. Amazing food and great restaurants to choose from! Great room; but the AC tends to be on all the time since it gets so hot. Those room could use a dehumidifier. Amazing people and services are on point and they pay attention to detail. Treat them well and they will treat back Amazingly as well!"

"Absolutely amazing staff. I have to admit that reading reviews before going I was kind of hesitant to book. But we have it a try. It exceeded our expectations and then some. We hadn’t eaten a 3 bedroom suite that was over 2800 sq/ft and automatically came with platinum club perks. The butler service was a great feature and Omar and Gerson both did a great job and helped us out everywhere needed. Enrique was a waiter in the marina Alhambra buffet and so good and friendly. Angel at the marina lobby bar mixed the best drinks. Luis was a great server at the all ages infinity pool. Our kids loved all of the activities staff at the pools and doing crafts. The staff absolutely worked so hard trying to keep the beach clear of saragassum but i don’t think it is possible in this area. Beach had nice sand but ocean was not swimmable or anything because of the massive amounts of saragassum. Pools were all amazing. The slide at el marina is a little fast and rough but is still a lot of fun with some common sense. The cliff/rock jumping area was probably one of the best features that we have found at any pool at a resort for kids. Our kids (8 and 10) absolutely loved this feature and couldn’t get enough of it. Would definetly revisit!"

"We went there 13 years ago and just got back from there again. Still a beautiful resort but some of the rooms are starting to show their age. But seems they are slowly updating because one of our rooms was fully updated. Would definitely go back, food was top notch and the pools are awesome! "
