"Kempinski is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel and experience however some aspects have let us down during our stay. Their Bar fridges were malfunctioning and some items in the room from a house keeping perspective were not up to standard. "This hotel it’s perfect if you want to have breakfast in front of the pyramids, it can’t get any better than the view they have. It’s clean, they’re working on the elevator and other areas, but in general its ok. "They allowed us to check in very early and the bed was wonderful. We ate at LSB, the sports bar where the portions were huge. Later we dined at China Red restaurant and once again the food was delicious and generous when it came to servings. The staff throughout the facility were amazing!"
