I do travel a lot. this year I visited Tampa Florida, Barcelona Spain, Cancun Mexico, Paris France, Athens Greece and now Cairo Egypt. Stay bridge is the best Hotel I have stayed in 2023. Excellent service, awesome staff and good value for your money. Love it. Definitely top of my list next time I am in Cairo, Egypt.

We traveled with our children and we love that our room was big enough to accommodate all of us, even 3 bathrooms which was awesome. We also love that it was connected to the mall with its own private entrance. Breakfast was also good.

I love the free breakfast with hand cooked omelettes, eggs, and pancakes. The staff is focused on your comfort. Only thing I would change would be to have faster and larger capacity washers and dryers on property.

The staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a 3 bedroom suite which made our lives pretty easy. The room was nice, but is due for some updating. Thankfully the staff and the breakfast made up for any shortcomings.

Very pleasant place overall. The wifi, gym and self-service laundry room are excellent amenities. Easy access to the mall and the intercontinental pool restaurant. I booked a studio but was upgraded upon check in to a one-bedroom. Only problem is that there was construction work in the adjacent building. But the noise was bearable. Pleasant and friendly staff. Would surely stay there again.

Good location but needs updating.

It started out a bit rough. After a long journey we found out they don’t have our reservations. I showed them the confirmed reservations from Hotels.com. But they said they have nothing in their system. Long story short after numerous phone calls and waiting for 2 hours they finally sort out. Finally when we got the room and got all settled in, they told us we will need to Change the room because they gave us a wrong one. It took me 3 hours of going back and forth, running up and down to different rooms we finally got the room. I love the location of the hotel, that’s about it. Very bad experience this time. Never had this issue before when we stayed there many times in the past. Location is awesome. We can go to the mall form the same elevators. Which is very cool. As for the hotel itself, it is outdated. Toilet flush system was broken. Excellent customer support. Everyone who works there was very friendly. Rooms were somewhat clean. Value for your money? We paid premium price for 2.5 star hotel. Location is the only reason we chose this. We may not stay there again.
