Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at anywhere in the world.
Started off well with the airport shuttle picking us up promptly from the airport. After that it was all downhill.
The room was terrible. The staff had clearly but changed the sheets. There was hair all over the sheets and pillows. The fridge was not working. The AC didn't work. We called housekeeping twice and finally someone came and fixed the fridge. We called a third time for new sheets, they said they would send someone but no one came by.
The bathroom was not clean as well. There were literal streaks of brown in the toilet. Ugh. Terrible experience. We took some time to clean the toilet ourselves. We eventually covered the bed with cloths that we had in our bags and slept. Couldn't wait to check out. Luckily we were there only 1 night.
On the way back, the shuttle was overcrowded and many did not get to board the shuttle despite waiting for over 30 minutes. There was no queueing system, just a free for all.
Other have that, the water pressure was good and breakfast was nice. But would definitely choose Le passage over this hotel.
