"The hotel was overly good with a very nice beech overlooking many coral reeves making snorkelling with children a very rewarding experience. Food and beverages were generally good despite one day dinner was not that good which I believe due to crowding. I would like to express my special thanks to Chef Mr. Amr for understanding my concerns. Above all it was a wonderful stay during my vacation with my family. Thanks for all the staff ."

"Staff were quite rude particularly lobby staff and room wasn’t very clean or modern however cleaners were very nice. Food was OK however staff don’t listen to specific requests for example if want food spicier. the actual property itself and the landscape is beautiful and very well maintained."

"The room was spacious and clean but the drainage/sinks in the bathroom were smelly. We had to close to bathroom door to avoid sleeping with the unpleasant odour at night. Being a resort property, they charge the hotel guests for renting the snorkeling equipment, which is quite unusual for resort, especially with the price we paid. "

However, I was disappointed that the room did not have a proper closet or enough storage space for clothes and luggage, which made our stay less comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but adding adequate closet space would greatly improve the rooms."

"I arrived at mid night, paid for posh club, but I don’t really think it was worth it When I arrived and tried to sleep, I checked the sheets they were dirty, I immediately contacted room service, it was pretty late so I asked if they could come first thing in the morning, I had to wait until 10 am next day and look for room service myself I also asked for the room to be cleaned up as the floor had sand, during my whole stay it was the same and it was very uncomfortable to walk like...
