"We spent 10 days in Stella di Mare in October. Hotel is superb. Grounds are immaculate and cared for every day. Rooms, hallways, all places were very clean and well kept. When we arrived at 2:30 in the morning, we were greeted with a smile and “welcome home! We have been waiting for you!”, which felt very nice. The coral reef (part of the reason why we booked this hotel) didn’t disappoint. One tip, go early in the morning or closer to 5:00pm to see the best variety of fish. Food was really good...

"The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful I emailed Concierge desk prior to our visit. Sabry communicated w me via email and we arranged a guided tour of the pyramids. Heba was our guide. She was great. She spoke English fluently and was very knowledgeable. She arranged to the tour to met our needs. I would highly recommend Heba. The tour was $$$ but very convenient and comfortable. The Concierge representatives were all pleasant and helpful at all hours of the day and night....

"Drinks options on the indoor bars were good although there was a different level of All inclusive which you needed to pay for to be able to access some other cocktails and champagne. Staff were very good around the resort and always helpful however there needs to be more waiters around the pool area as we waited for 20-30 minutes sometimes for our order to come back to us. There was also a building site next door to the hotel which is not their fault, but it was a bit noisy at times and...
