I enjoyed my recent 5 day stay at the Inn. The location is perfect, breakfast was healthy, my room was clean and the hotel was affordable. I envision many improvements to the hotel and area in general. Unfortunately, as a digital nomad, I was unable to work due to the poor Internet. I worked when there was low usage. When the bellman showed me my room, he did not explain how to turn on the hot water on for a shower so I showered in cold. The TV was broken and the assistant did not come to repair it despite saying he would. Also, we had a heat wave so I was working late in the night for the Internet then getting up early and napping around noon. I put my “do not clean” sign up but the assistants came knocking on the door offering fruit or cleaning services. This should be discontinued to honour guests sleeping time. One of the hotel managers also tried to sell a tour that was three times the price you can get online. He enforced his sales pitch upon entry which again is very unprofessional. Despite all these problems it is one of the best options in the area. I hope the management will take my advice seriously and seek to be the best hotel in Giza.
