"Clean room Great staff Checking in and out was simple - and efficient. Breakfast was nice. Best seats were those overlooking the River Nile. On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine. What really stood out was the staff - they went above and beyond to help us when our flights were cancelled due to a staff strike. "The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Pyramids' old entrance and just 8 min away on car from the GEM (Uber charge us only US$2 from the hotel to get to the GEM). It has a beautiful top roof with ann an incredible sight view of the pyramids. Sunrise and Sunset looking at the pyramids of Giza is totally worthy in this hotel. Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, mostly Yossif, the receptionist! What a nice and servicial guy! The helped us to booked the most trips in Cairo...

We stayed at the Mamlouk Pyramid Hotel and got the twin suite with the balcony, and the view was literally right there.
