"The location, the hotel history and the wonderfully friendly staff who clearly enjoy hosting people from all around the world at the fabulous location within view of the Pyramids."

"I stayed at Marriott Mena House and it exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Pyramids of Giza, with the most incredible view you can imagine. My room looked directly at the Great Pyramid and waking up to that sight was absolutely unforgettable.
The property is well maintained with lush gardens, a beautiful pool, and a blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast overlooking the pyramids was another highlight of my stay.
If you visit, I recommend booking a Pyramid View room. It is more expensive but worth every cent for the once-in-a-lifetime experience. Overall, this is the best hotel in Giza and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo."

"I wanna say by far the best place I have stayed at, the staff is really helpful and welcoming, I wanna highlight that the lady at the front desk in the morning, she's very helpful and always treat you with kindness, also Kamal he's very helpful and always kind, always trying to help, he's a great guy. The guide that we had the first day I think he's name is Mohamed he was great, showed us a lot of places in the small time that we had since I had booked it last minute, but he was great, also I forgot his name but the second guide that we had when we booked a horse carriage ride, he was amazing, he would take us the really nice areas and when we decided to buy stuff he did not let the venders take advantage of us, he would have them lower the prices and even give us a gift at the end he even invited
us to go eat in his house with his family, he was truly a great guide, the hotel has all the packages that you can buy in the front desk and the staff is very helpful!!! Great I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely revisit and stay in the place because the staff is amazing and they got great views from the rooftop!!!"
"Had very good memory of this hotel. Grand. Resort style. Hugh, beautiful pool and surroundings. Very green! Really good staff. Hazem Mohammed made our stay special. Great person, befitting his position as chief concierge. We travelled independently so he made sure we got what we needed for going out around town. Other staff members provided necessary attention too. And Naser our room attendant went above and beyond to make it comfortable to stay there.
Eating had to be in if not out in a taxi. One main buffet room, a cafe, an Italian and a Japanese. Buffet is quite good. Plus, a really good liquor bar that we frequented every evening that made our very good drinks.
Wifi is not reliable at all. Smoking is allowed, and seems everywhere.
Bed is comfy and shower hot and strong. We were happy!

"The hotel is satisfactory, offering a pleasant view of the pyramid, and the room was tidy. The food is acceptable, although the complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired; however, it is 'FREE'.
The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to the team that made our visit to Egypt remarkably effortless.
Omar Reta, the hotel manager, assisted us in booking a four-day tour and went above and beyond to help us with a special request to return items I purchased from one of the stores. He even came to the hotel on his day off.
Mohammed Hamad, our driver, was exceptionally pleasant and always responded with a smile, never saying 'No'.
Memo, our excellent tour guide at the Great Pyramid, shared his extensive knowledge about the pyramid with us. He is a very intelligent guide, as far as I can tell.
Hasam, our tour guide in Alexandria, demonstrated a deep understanding of the location and the history of the great Alexander.
Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased that we made the trip to Egypt and had the opportunity to meet these remarkable individuals.
I am grateful for everything! An effortless 5-star service!"
