"This property should not be listed as a safe place to stay. The “renovated” room was in poor condition—the front door didn’t close properly and had large gaps, making it impossible to secure. There was damaged and missing drywall, and the bathroom looked poorly assembled from mismatched materials. The property also appeared to have no other guests, only workers, which added to the feeling of being unsafe. I did not feel comfortable staying and left immediately. This place needs to be reviewed...

"Such a cute motel. I especially liked the pool. All of the staff I encountered were lovely. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was happy to share things to do in Austin and how to get around. There was also a drag show one afternoon, and the queens came to the pool afterwards to socialize!"

"They took my money and made me pay for a deposit then keep me out a hour later because I had a guest over and then still called the cops on me and Expedia refused to help me in anyway I would never rent a room from them both Expedia or village motor inn. "

"A bit strange with the shower situation, but the room was cozy, clean, a nice selection of snack items, and the staff was super friendly. It's not going to be for people looking for 5 star room service, but for the price I paid, I will definitely be back again during my further travels to Austin."
