Upon arrival, check-in was extremely inconvenient You can’t go into the actual office you have to check through a glass window and that’s if the lady is paying attention enough to come to the front. The gentleman in front of me rang the bell four times before she came to the front. When I was able to check in I entered the room and was greeted with a foul smell, and I checked the bed immediately to find dirty and stained sheets with traces of bedbugs. I immediately checked out and upon doing so the same lady at the front did not question why I was leaving minutes after I checked in she didn’t ask if there was anything wrong with the room. She just immediately stated I had to email to get a refund, there’s no manager on site to speak with. If you call you won’t be directed to a manager. They just refer you to the email. The whole system is completely inconvenient and unprofessional.

This hotel is a trash. My room had only one functioning light and when asked for a room change she straightforward said no rooms left. Beds were dirty af, room was shabby and washroom unclean. The bed broke right after I slept on it. Later found it was attached with some hooks?! I stayed in other hotels with the same per night charge and those are waaaay better than this for sure. Never going to try them again.
