"We had another amazing stay at Margaritaville South Padre Island! We love it so much that staying here has become a family tradition. "Checkin policy is stupid, if all guests are not present, (reservation clearly stated 2 guests), no wristbands so we had to wait in line again. Towel policy and cards scream low class. Some staff feel it is beneath them to be helpful because they have a job they are important."

"Our stay had both positives and negatives. When we first entered the room, there was a noticeable odor that smelled like grapefruit mixed with mildew. We stayed for three nights and housekeeping never entered our room. I had to ask for the trash to be removed and for fresh towels, and we eventually ran out of toilet paper.
