Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. "The condo was clean and in a great location, but a bit on the "dated" side. Definitely a rental property more on the economic side judging from some of the other properties I've seen in SPI. On the plus side, the gated property provided an added sense of security if you brought a car or boat. "Studio condo average. No shower clothes line. No hair dryer no spoons no ice bucket. Asked for more towels never got them. Chairs on balcony cheap. Great ocean view pool lovely with swim up bar. No ice machine in condo section of the resort. Some restrictions on resort amenities like pool table and weight room "
