"My one night stay wasn’t the best due to poor valet staff and hotel maintenance. The hotel is pretty old there were tiles broken on the floor in the bathroom, the hotel elevator was broken so it took about 10 minutes going up or down waiting for the other elevator. During check out we had to wait almost 2 hours for our car to be retrieved from valet and the staff couldn’t care less. The room was clean had a full kitchen with stove included, it was basically an apartment"

"The hotel was really nice! I liked that it was easy access to the river walk. I didn’t like how loud it got when the Spurs won you could hear horns honking and people screaming for close to two hours! This was around 11 pm that I was awaken to all the noise! We were on the 12th floor. Overall it was a pleasant experience!"

"I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas. However, I don’t like that if I’m staying more than one night I still expect my room clean & fresh towels in the room. I always have to go ask for towels and they never come clean the room. Besides this complaint I do enjoy staying here. "

"Room was clean but had a rather old chair. Saw a couple of little bugs. Nice coffee machine onsite. Love that they have yoga mats and offer yoga om tv in the room"
