"I was traveling for work alone, Two men followed me into the hotel, the receptionist gave them my name and called me to tell me they were looking for me. I asked her who they were and she didn't take their names. She said if i really wasn't expecting visitors I should call the police. I called the police and they escorted me out. the hotel still charged me for my stay. Horrible experience."

"I was surprised by how nice the room was, as it contained a couch and a very comfortable bed. The room was clean and nice (pretty). The hallway was artisticly painted and well lit, like a 4 star hotel. Quite beautiful. The asthetics were great, but i should acknowledge that the carpet of the hall and the couch in the central lobby had stains. Upside was the bright, fresh paint and really nice rooms (far exceeding expectations). The shuttle is by call, takes 20 minutes to pick you up, but...

"Great hotel, though pretty basic, in a convenient location. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, the AC was loud though and the walls are thin. 10-15 min from downtown, but expect traffic most times. Despite being next to a main road, I35, did not hear traffic. Ask for a room facing the back. My husband did not like the cleanliness of the carpet. "

"I don’t think there are any great views unless you actually rent an apartment there. Otherwise, you’re stuck with a brick wall or an obstructed view. Parking is available in the garage across the street but be prepared to spend $26/night for it. Valet itself is $35. Staff was friendly. The inside is absolutely beautiful and clean.
