"It was overall decent but here are some downsides: The dryer was broken and the front desk failed to provide me detergent pods so I wasn’t able to do my laundry at all. The pool water was dirty, turbid and warm, there wasn’t enough shade. I wasn’t able to use the pool at all. The bar doesn’t have any snacks to complement their nice cocktails and I was told to order popcorn instead!?!? Like you can keep some trail mix for your guests. The faucet in the bathroom is so small that one can’t wash their hands without touching the sink. Pillows were so soft, I am used to harder pillows and there was no alternative. There was no welcome drink, no water in the fridge but two little lukewarm bottles on the table which would cost 3$ each. These are not compatible with the price level imo."

"The Staff was amazing and very nice, the room was very clean."

"Overall the property is dirty. The elevator feels like it will break any second. The staff with the exception of the breakfast staff were unresponsive. I asked the desk 3 times in 4 days to fix the light in the bathroom, it’s still dark in there. It needs a complete renovation and new staff. Stay somewhere else."

"The room was not comfortable at all and the shower was horrible. The water flow was so bad I literally had to run around in the shower to get wet. The room was terribly noisy all night long with back up horns and slamming dumpsters. I got no sleep at all on the first night. The sofa was uncomfortable as well I expected more from a hotel at this price even though it was in downtown. Other hotels nearby were similarily priced and much nicer."

"Weird. Sterile. Sleeping in pods where the shower and toilet aren’t really in a separate space. If you’re a total introvert and want limited interaction with human staff, then this would be fine (everything is self). "
