"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast.
In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time.
Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...

"The room was not clean, it was different then in the photos I had seen advertised. The carport had stains so did the lounge, the lino in the kitchen floor was missing a piece, the tiles in the bathroom were damaged when complained we were told there nothing they could do that it was an apartment not a hotel, staff were not helpful. The toilet didn't flush properly and made a terrible sound will not stay there again"

"Got hit with a bill that was no fault of my own but the guest who waited in the lobby and broke the winding part of the window which was old and due for replacement. The staff said I was responsible but failed to show me the video footage. She said I would have to contact the police to access video. Go figure! The bill was $656!!! Looking at the window this could be easily replace for under $50. It should be covered on their insurance. Will never stay here again.
