"We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized."

"Excellent serucity staffs and terrible owner. due to iwner did not give info, I was stuck at entrance for 1.5hrs in 35 degrees environment. no respond with chatting, phone calling. Hotels.com neither help anything. The secirity staff tried hard to contact the owner. In the end I could enter.. Otherwise I could not. in the end, the owner gave message made by AI."

"The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. "

"Nice place. Nice breakfast. Even our aircond problem but they manage to fix it. And its cold. But we not satisfied with your TV channel. We only get TV3. So bored. Pls upgrade your tv channel. But overall nice place. "

All provided details—WiFi, parking, facilities—were accurate. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and helpful. A very well-managed and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"
