"My wife and I stayed at the hotel for over ten days between mid-May and June. Overall, the experience was mixed. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is extremely convenient. During our stay, the Duty Manager Kenneth Lien was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive which truly impressed us. By the way, the housekeeping lady on the 25th floor was also very friendly and kept everything very clean. David/Eva"

"It’s about a five minute walk to temple market. It’s in the heart of Kowloon. just outside the door it’s full of restaurants and shops. Plenty of good food to eat. You can walk in any direction running the street markets anywhere souvenir shops since it is in the center of everything. The room is small for one person. it was perfect usually in this area you never stay in your room the whole day you just go to sleep so the room was clean. Bathroom was updated. "Convenient location, just 1 min walk from North Point MTR Station (Exit A1). Airport Bus A12 stop right opposite of Ibis Hotel North Point. Back to Airport just walk 4 mins to King's Road (2 streets behind of Ibis Hotel North Point) Rooms and bathroom are small but we understand because it is Hong Kong. "On checking in, the staff didn’t give much information. We were given keys to our room and that was it. I had to ask about dining options, no offer was made to help with luggage. We once stayed out a little after eleven and when we came back with the bus the entrance from the convenient stores were closed off and we had to walk all the way around, I had no problem with this since it seems to be a safety measure but a heads up from front desk on check in would have been nice to avoid the stress...
