Good Location, But Serious Maintenance Issues Rating: 2/5 The location is excellent – right in the city center, close to the MTR and very convenient for tourist spots, shopping, and dining. The room and bathroom are very small, but manageable for a short stay. However, several unacceptable issues ruined the experience: • shower curtain that billows inward and sticks to the body during showers. • Water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, dripping onto the vanity – I had to request towels to mop it up. • Persistent musty smell in the room (likely from the leak), forcing me to buy air freshener. While the location is a big plus for budget travelers, the hygiene and maintenance problems make it hard to recommend. Hope management fixes these soon.

The location of the hotel is close to busy Times Square, perfect for shopping and dining. It is also close to transportation. I appreciate the daily house keeping. However, the entry to the hotel is a tiny back door of the building . I wish there is a clear and big sign of the hotel name on the door.

Good quality, affordable hotel

Good quality hotel for its price. Rooms are kept very cold and are cleaned daily. Hotel will only store bags until 6PM. Rooms are not large but are more than enough.

Hotel was conveniently situated for me, but entrance was on a backstreet with room for taxi to stop, and reception on 3rd floor. My room on the 25th floor was adequate but small, ensuite bathroom was fine, and working a/c much appreciated. I only tried the breakfast once - limited choice and terrible coffee. But plenty good pastries in local bakery.
