Clean, quiet, comfortable room that has enough space and stunning views. Bed was a little hard but we got used to it and ended up liking it. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were terrific. Staff were efficient and polite. Great location in Causeway Bay close to buses, trains, shops, and restaurants. Good value and would stay again.

Everything was good. Except the biggest thing for me the bed… woke up went for a long walk and my back is destroyed. I’m a young guy so I would say overall everything was good around a 4/5 except the bed making it a 2/5

I expected a small room which is common in Hong Kong but this is the first time ever that I had to go shopping for my own towels while staying at a hotel. The ones provided by the hotel were translucent. So thin and sheer that they were useless. Overall, the rate was very affordable so I guess I was Ok to buy my own towels (but I really shouldn’t have to!) the staff was friendly and helpful. And the location is great.

Good quality, affordable hotel

Good quality hotel for its price. Rooms are kept very cold and are cleaned daily. Hotel will only store bags until 6PM. Rooms are not large but are more than enough.

The location of the hotel is close to busy Times Square, perfect for shopping and dining. It is also close to transportation. I appreciate the daily house keeping. However, the entry to the hotel is a tiny back door of the building . I wish there is a clear and big sign of the hotel name on the door.
