"I really appreciate the cleanliness and the spacious environment. I think the reception staff gave me a room upgrade with a birthday cake (whole cake) after seeing my identity card - non-requested and unmentioned. Dinner buffet was offered at a 40% off discount. The stay was very enjoyable."

"I had a wonderful time at The Arca. Check in & out was fast and easy. My room was beautiful, great view of the pier harbour, everything you need for a wonderful stay is included - expresso machine, mini fridge, clothes hangers, umbrella, bathroom was spacious. I didnt have breakfast here so cannot comment. Its about 10min walk to the metro with is part of the southside mall which has a supermarket, restaurants including macdonalds. "Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"Good location with easy transport options. Staff were amazing. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was very good with buffet style breakfast and dinner with something for everyone. It was good to have a gym and swimming pool. Nothing I didn’t like."
