"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"New experience for me to check-in at machine and without anyone at the hotel, even those no staff around but emergency call on duty while I call. Quiet environment, very convenient no matter wants to take MTR, bus, tram or cab. 2 mins walk to MTR / bus stop, 3 mins walk to tram. Easy to buy food or grocery, restaurant, 7-11, Wellcome Grocery is surrounding. My spouse and I not used to soft bed and pillow, our neck and back feeling pain. Overall is good.
