"Check-in was a breeze—the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making the arrival process seamless. The room itself was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy space to unwind after a day out. However, one noticeable area for improvement was noise insulation. The doors didn’t do much to muffle sounds from the hallway, and I was occasionally disturbed by conversations and foot traffic outside the room. "Real hot breakfast available, room neat and decent , smoke free though people are smoking right at the entrance of the hotel and you can smell it on the hall way. They are not enforcing the non smoking environment compare to other hotels Around with the non smoking rule. Will recommend if you don’t care about the smoke smell from guest smoking openly around the hotel building."

"Property was clean, front desk and housekeepers friendly and very helpful. Breakfast not as good as other Holiday Inn Express. Cinnamon rolls more like biscuits and no frosting, ran out of pancake batter at 8 and didn’t get it refilled before we left at 8:45 and we even requested it. "

"The price of this property was lower than many of the other units in the area. We were attending a grandson's performance in a play that ended late. We are from eastern CT, so it would have been a long, late drive home."

"The location was convenient for my stay. The beds were decently sleepable, and the staff were friendly. The water took a few minutes to turn hot, but that is my only (minor at that) complaint. Overall, would stay again 10/10."
