"I had a weather cancellation and needed a last minute stay. This property was far enough from JFK that I couldn't hear the planes taking off, got some good rest. It is also close enough for that all important shuttle. Staff at the front desk was kind and courteous. The shuttle driver was efficient and quick at loading/unloading luggage."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. Also has secure luggage storage if your flight's on the evening you can leave luggage in storage after checkout and collect later that afternoon. Also offer's private airport transfers for additional fees"

"Had a great stay at the Moxy! It's centrally located and close to Times Square without being in the center of the crowds and chaos. The room was small, but had everything I needed as a solo traveler. Staff was attentive and I always felt safe and secure. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to NYC."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. They were way too soft and not supportive. I woke up with my neck hurting most days even though I tried to double up the pillows. This is not just an issue with this hotel, but most hotels. They give you the softest pillows ever, no support whatsoever. The hotel room itself was great. The shower was great. The hallway was way too hot. Just waiting for an elevator, I was sweating....
