"Well sited for Downtown Manhattan. The restaurant has a limited menu but lovely staff. The room was very clean with great air conditioning. Breakfast is self serve with a good choice. The lifts take some time on occasion but otherwise work fine(there are many floors!)"

Bottled water was left in our room and was available upon request at the front desk. Our room was cozy, the shower was roomy and the water was hot. El único detalle fue la falta de personal en front desk, había mucha gente para hacer check in y solo una persona haciéndolo, no podíamos conectar al wifi y tampoco había concierge para ayudarnos."

Walls look like wall paper was on it the property could have been more updated as much as it cost per night. The staff was fine just room was very small and not spacious. Don’t think I would stay there again"

"This is an older hotel, but it’s spotless and everything in the room worked. The staff here is wonderful in looking after our luggage and valet parking our car. You can’t beat the location in the middle of the theatre district. Plenty of restaurants nearby."
