"With a passable rating I wasn’t sure before arriving but it should have a higher score Reception staff was fantastic ,great location ,great set up Only small niggles is it needs more plugs in the room and it’s a few flights of stairs with no lift but otherwise fantastic for the price "

"Fantastic Stay Perfect Location Near the Beach! I recently stayed at this hotel in Bournemouth, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea and the beautiful views. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were all very friendly, especially the receptionist named Ajeesh, who was welcoming, polite, and always happy to help. He really made me feel at home. The hotel is also close to shops,...

"Great location to explore Cheltenham. Perfect for a group of 3 friends. Quiet, very comfortable beds, clean, spacious. Having a kitchenette area was a real bonus although only kitted out for two people in terms of glasses. We only stayed overnight but would be great for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend. "

"We see the reviews and really took a risk as there was not many good ones.when we arrived the hotel does look a little tired it needs a little love and attention to detail but we was pleasantly surprised with our room it was airy and clean and that was our main concern.also we got a up grade so that was a bonus for the price you can’t go wrong tbf everything is near so that’s always a bonus 👍"

"The hotel was located right on the Main Street and o we looked the river, that’s fabulous. The room was nice BUT NO A/C and our days and nights were in the 80s! The breakfast was lovely and a full English breakfast. They only have 4 parking spots, so beware! Parking every 90 mins was tricky. But after 6pm, shoppes closed. Must move car 8am! So, travel by train, then do the hiking. It worked out and we have a fabulous time"
