"Stayed in a Spa Suite, which was disappointing. Came with a Jacuzzi, Plunge & Sauna, which were all in a rear Courtyard. The rear Courtyard was covered in bird poo, so walking to either the Jacuzzi, Plunge or Sauna was like playing Twister! Outside seating cushions were either damp, mouldy or covered ..."

"Fantastic location and amenities. My only suggestion would be to take a unit above ground floor if you like natural light as there are only 2 small ground level windows. Otherwise completely spotless and has everything needed with easy access to everything in Bath."
