"We had a great stay, bed was super comfy. The customer service was great from Anna. Very welcoming. There were a few marks on carpet that could be cleaned. Overall it was great."

"Staff lovely : incredibly helpful and welcoming . Breakfast acceptable. Bedlinen and towels clrean. However room tired and outdated decor quality shocking. Tv only appeared to have one workable station. Bath had sand in the bottom."

Hiding Space - Westgate Apartments
"So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then"

Crescent Place by Mansley
"Was perfect location. Room was ok size felt very cramped considering the photos looked a lot bigger. We were in room 12 at the top steep stairs to get there. Very noisy with whoever was next to us so didn’t sleep very well NOT hotels fault. Over all was a ok stay."

"Parking was expensive I know it’s a city centre but when I was told there is just 10 parking spaces which I noted some were empty The question is would I go there again if I was walking yes"
