"The hotel is some what conveniently located with excellent harbor view. It is a bit old with only one elevator in operation when we visited. The room was spacious for HK standard and nicely equip. The room is clean with daily housekeeping service. The staff were relatively helpful."

"The staff were very rude when I went check-in. They were scolding myself and another guest on “how to check-in properly” despite a very lacking of signage and descriptions from the property itself. This is the most expensive hostel I have stayed in and the most disgusting and disappointing. 250 HKD / night and u didn’t get a towel or slippers. Not to mention the lack of security. "Did the job - but would not stay again. Cons: room was much smaller than expected from photos, no storage space whatsoever for your clothes etc. Air-conditioning is good but very loud which makes it hard to sleep, overall the place seems like it hasnt had a refurbish in a while, as other reviews mention there is only one lift for the 28 floors so you can be left waiting a while. "The single was extremely small, which is par for HongKong. There's barely room to squeeze past the single bunk bed. No desk, no chair. Other than that, staff was very helpful. Location is perfect in the middle of town, within walking distance to the 3 light rail stations. There's also a very convenient bus stop just across the street for direct transport to the HK International Airport -- for a mere HK$17 (approx US$2.25). Cannot beat that at any other major airports of the world."
